TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUBMISSION
FIP aims to invest in Italian productions or international co-productions, thus entering in a co-participation agreement and promoting venture capital investments which can include: screen rights acquisition, priority on each movie's income, or other financing possibilities to be discuss according to risk and yield parameters.
FIP will focus its interest on feature films with high-economic potential and first/second feature films.
FIP can grant funds for up to six productions per year, and target investments are up to € 200.000 (up to € 100.000 for first/second features films).
Production must spend 100% of the financial contribution in the piedmont region.
Productions must underwrite dispositions to consent FIP to obtain tax credit/tax shelter benefits (Ref. Law 24/12/2007 n. 244 – Art. 1 paragraph 325).
